Let’s talk

I'm Miad Ghazi.
SEO & GEO Specialist

Over 5 years of experience and a passion for data-driven digital marketing. No fluff, just real results.

LET'S WORK TOGETHER

— NICE TO MEET YOU

You're probably here because
you're looking for a serious SEO consultant.

I’m Miad. I’ve been doing SEO for over 5 years and I’ve had the chance to work with very different kinds of companies: from iGaming sites with hundreds of thousands of monthly visitors, to small local businesses.

The thing I love most about it? SEO is never the same twice. Every project is a new challenge, every site has its own problems, and every client has different goals.

— BY THE NUMBERS

Real results on
real projects.

These aren’t showroom numbers — they’re concrete results from projects I’ll detail later.

— WHAT I DO (AND DON’T DO)

Transparency,
above all.

To be clear from the start: I don’t have a team of “juniors” working on your projects while I sign the reports. When you work with me, you work with me.

✓ WHAT I DO WELL
When you work with me, you work with me. Period.
→ Technical SEO audits
I take apart your site piece by piece to figure out what’s holding it back
→ Data-driven strategies
No “gut feeling” decisions — only numbers and analysis
→ GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Being visible in Google AI, ChatGPT, Perplexity
→ International SEO
Hreflang, multi-region, enterprise site management
→ Local SEO
For businesses that want to be found in their city/area
→ Link building
Quality over quantity, always
→ Data analysis with Python and R
When standard tools aren’t enough, I write the scripts
✗ WHAT I DON’T DO
I’m not an agency, and I don’t sell smoke.
✗ Promises of “page 1 in 7 days”
Anyone who promises that is lying to you
✗ Black hat SEO
Tricks that get you banned after the first algorithm update
✗ Pre-packaged service bundles
Every project deserves its own strategy
✗ Copy-paste reports
Auto-generated from Semrush
✗ Working with clients without vision
People who want to “do SEO” without understanding the value of strategy

— HOW I WORK

No fluff.
Here's what you can expect.

Exactly what happens if you decide to work with me, phase by phase.

01
30-MIN CALL — FREE
PHASE 01
Let’s start with a conversation
A free 30-minute call where you tell me about your project, goals and problems. No obligation. If we click and I genuinely think I can help, we go forward. If not, I’ll honestly tell you what you need.
02
WEEK 1
PHASE 02
Audit before any proposal
Before sending you a quote, I take a serious look at your site. I want to understand where we’re starting from, where the opportunities are, and how much work is really needed. Only then can I give you an honest proposal.
03
WEEK 2
PHASE 03
Custom strategy, not a package
I hate standardized SEO packages. Every project is different, every niche has its own rules. The strategy we build together is based on your business, your real competitors and your resources.
04
ONGOING
PHASE 04
Clear and transparent communication
I work over Slack, WhatsApp, email — whatever you prefer. No complicated “progress reports”. I update you regularly with clear reports (Looker Studio if you like visuals, PDF if you prefer classic).
05
ONGOING
PHASE 05
Results, not vanity metrics
Impressions are nice but they don’t pay the bills. We focus on the metrics that really matter for your business: qualified traffic, conversions, ROI. Everything else is noise.

— FREELANCE VS AGENCY

Honestly?
It depends on the project.

Agencies work well for some things, freelancers for others. Here’s my take, without selling you the dream.

★ MY POSITION
“When you hire an agency, you also pay for the coffee breaks of 12 people. When you hire a freelancer, you pay for the work that actually gets done.”
✓ PICK ME IF
You want a direct partner.
→Direct contact, always — no account manager filter
→More time dedicated to your project
→More transparency on costs — no company overhead
→Fast decisions — no committees or bureaucracy
→One person to build a long-term relationship with
PICK AN AGENCY IF
You need 10+ full-time people.
→You need a team of 10+ full-time people on your project
→Monthly budget in 6 figures with parallel services (PR, ADV, Branding)
→Rapid scaling with 50 pieces of content a week

— OUTSIDE OF WORK

Based in Milan,
but I work anywhere.

When I’m not staring at Google Search Console or writing Python scripts, I love to keep learning. SEO changes every week, and reading, experimenting, testing new things is an integral part of my work.

For me geography is just a detail: what matters is the quality of work and chemistry between people. If you want to know anything else about me, just write to me directly.
